This Project was a fast track Estidama 2-Pearl Rating Project of commercial and visitor center for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque with scope including relocation of existing utilities, Sheet Pile & Secant Pile Shoring works (2km), Dewatering works, Piling works (4050 piles) , Concrete and Post Tension works of approx. 130,000 cum, Two Glass dome structures of 22m diameter & 25m height, Water Feature works, Conveying systems (6 escalators, 10 elevators and 10 travellators), State of the art finishing works including provision of Skylights, Specialised Auditorium works, VIP lounges and external Hard Landscaping and Soft Landscaping works, all Constructed below the Existing Ground Level with total Excavation quantity being approx. 450,000 cum
